Technician Entries:
Use our technician tracking to accurately account for the actual time spent by your technicians on a given invoice and if necessary compare against what was quoted to the customer. Recording what was accomplished by the technician is extremely important to justify your charges to the customer. To make sure that they are completed in detail, you have the ability to predefine a series of comments that technicians can search through and reuse time and again where appropriate. |

Scheduling:
To quickly re-assign a task from one technician to another, the service manager has the ability to use “drag and drop” functionality. Additionally, he/she can view the schedule for all technicians for a given day or view all appointments for a given technician for the week.
